All Hands In

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

To create and maintain a working environment free from bias and discrimination where employees are treated with dignity and respect and everyone, regardless of their personal circumstances, has an opportunity to succeed. We believe that attracting, developing and retaining the best and most diverse talent, supported by an inclusive and equitable work environment, is essential to our

continuing success.

Every employee is responsible for respecting the dignity and worth of all individuals and ensuring we have an inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities free of discrimination, harassment and bullying. In addition, all managers are accountable for ensuring workplace diversity, promoting inclusion, and providing each employee with the support they may need to overcome any barriers and thrive at Henson Group.

Our Commitment

At Henson Group, diversity is an integral part of our history, culture, and company identity.
