Our Values
Gregory Scott Henson II founded The Henson Group, Inc. (THG) in 2001 based on seven core values that are integrated into every aspect of the organization today, providing an ideology that drives the company's continued growth and professional excellence.

These core values − known as A.C.H.I.E.V.E. for Assistance & Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, Honesty & Inrtegrity, Innovation, Excellence, Value & Respect, and Enlightenment − provide the blueprint that drives all THG operations and builds enduring relationships with clients, with Microsoft, with the THG family of employees, and the company's growing alumni network.
