Ramon Henson - Chairman of the Advisory Board
Ramon Henson, Ph.D., has over 20 years of senior management experience for companies and departments that provide consultation services, in both internal and external capacities.
Mr. Henson has proven particularly effective advising on thought leadership in managing human resources activities, making him an ideal Chairman for The Henson Group, Inc.’s Advisory Board. In this position, Mr. Henson will apply his comprehensive insight in the areas of organization development and change, performance management, team effectiveness, competency development, succession planning, leadership and executive development, re-engineering of HR and executive selection.
During his successful career, Mr. Henson has held executive positions at Citigroup, Avon Products, Merrill Lynch and Hay Associates.
Meanwhile, Mr. Henson also brings global management expertise to THG, having worked extensively with executives in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Mr. Henson has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan, and is a licensed psychologist in New York State. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Furthermore, Mr. Henson has published in several professional journals, has chaired numerous symposiums and spoken at professional conferences, and is currently a member of the editorial board of a professional journal. |

Spencer McIlmurray - Advisory Board Member
Mr. Spencer McIlmurray joined The Henson Group, Inc.’s advisory board at the beginning of 2003. He has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive and has been responsible for the performance of business and support units located both domestically and abroad.
Mr. McIlmurray served as senior vice president and chief information officer of PanAmSat, a leading provider of global satellite telecommunications and broadcasting services. He has also held various senior executive positions at Avon Products, Gartner, and Kraft Foods.
Since its launch in 2000, THG has pursued an aggressive growth track and has launched operations and established relationships with partners in several countries worldwide. Going forward, reliance on Mr. McIlmurray’s expertise will continue as we reinforce THG’s existing global operations and enhance the company’s capacity for growth.

 Gregory Scott Henson - President and Chief Executive OfficerGregory Scott Henson founded IT consultancy The Henson Group, Inc. Today, as President, CEO, and Founder of a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and a former Microsoft engineer, Mr. Henson has a unique perspective on Microsoft’s products, how they are developed, and how they are applied, that very few can match.
Most importantly, Mr. Henson possesses a fundamental understanding of the processes associated with applying Microsoft’s technology products to achieve real-world business objectives. As a former lead architect and engineer at Microsoft, Mr. Henson spearheaded several high-level strategic projects in the financial services industry. And, during his tenure at Microsoft, he also authored a number of white papers, as well as over 100 articles on the application of various Microsoft solutions.
Prior to founding THG, Mr. Henson served as the Senior Vice President for Business Development at Conchango, another Microsoft Gold Certified Partner based in London, UK. In that position, he negotiated, structured and closed several strategic partnerships that helped to significantly grow Conchango’s financial services practice.
Before his success at Conchango, Mr. Henson was the Chief Technology Officer of AtNight Media, which is a provider of personalized, location-based, and real-time wireless applications and content to US/International wireless carriers. Mr. Henson also held various senior level technology positions at Perot Systems Corp., a consulting company based in Dallas, TX,and Biotec Food Corp., based in Honolulu, HI. In addition to his primary duties at The Henson Group, Inc., Mr. Henson is an active member of the International Society for Information Management (ISIM). ISIM is a not-for-profit organization of information technology experts, including CIOs, CTOs, and emerging IT leaders dedicated to raising technology awareness and giving back to local communities. Mr. Henson also serves as a board member for several companies.
Drawing upon his extensive knowledge of technology, Mr. Henson has formulated and submitted two patents, is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and is a technical author for McGraw Hill. As an expert in Windows Interoperability, Mr. Henson is publishing a book on planning, building, managing and supporting Host Integration Server 2000. That publication is scheduled to be released later this year. Mr. Henson is also currently writing another book which focuses on wireless applications and infrastructure architecture. |

 Dan Cullinane - Chief Financial Officer
Well before Mr. Daniel Cullinane, CPA, accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer for The Henson Group, Inc., he was already a valued contributor to the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner — having served as a strategic advisor to the senior management team since 2004.
In his new position, Mr. Cullinane draws upon a successful career as a seasoned financial professional, having held several high-ranking positions at various major US corporations, as well as having built a thriving private practice in Metuchen, NJ.
During the course of accumulating several decades of senior-level experience, Mr. Cullinane developed a specialization in providing medium-to-small businesses with accounting services — ideally positioning him to provide the accounting operations management and leadership in the finance division The Henson Group needs to shepherd its growth moving forward.
As CFO for The Henson Group, Mr. Cullinane leverages the experience that enabled him to assemble an extensive roster of satisfied clients in private practice, as well as propel him to key CFO and other accounting positions at major US companies, including postings at Johnson & Johnson, Coopers & Lybrand, Stearns Airport Equipment, Adolph Gottscho Inc., Virginia KMP Corp., and Aviall Inc.
Mr. Cullinane’s responsibilities as CFO encompass executive oversight of The Henson Group’s financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Pay Roll Management, Cash Flow Reporting, Financial Strategic Planning, Cost Accounting Processes, and many other functions. Mr. Cullinane’s experience includes being an audit supervisor for Coopers & Lybrand, an international regional controller for Johnson & Johnson, controllerships for manufacturing and construction companies and successfully managing a start-up operation. Separately, Mr. Cullinane also distinguished himself by building a thriving practice as a sole proprietor Certified Public Accountant.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
Mr. Cullinane offers valuable SEC Reporting experience from Coopers & Lybrand, where as an audit supervisor most of his clients were SEC certified audits — including Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries, Bell Laboratories, Citizens First National Bank, and Foster Wheeler. In addition, Mr. Cullinane held SEC reporting responsibilities while Regional Controller for Technicare, a Johnson & Johnson company, and as Assistant Controller for Aviall, a Ryder Systems company. In several companies, Mr. Cullinane instituted flash reporting to enhance reporting and internal control. And, at Aviall, he implemented a cost accounting system, which was compliant with government cost accounting standards.
TECHNOLOGY TOOLS
Mr. Cullinane is a Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor, skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, and has used J D Edwards, Manman, Mapics, Real World, Accounting Solutions, Lacerte, McCormick and Dodge, and various other technologies.
TREASURY OPERATIONS
Mr. Cullinane was responsible for Treasury operations as a Johnson & Johnson Regional Controller, Executive Vice President of Virginia Kmp, where he obtained a $500,000 line of credit, automated the cash forecast which enabled the company to reduce the average daily cash balance by $150,000 and reduce accounts payable from 65 days to 40 days. And, Mr. Cullinane managed treasury operations of Cullinane & Associates, a start-up company, which involved securing a $150,000 line of credit.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Mr. Cullinane’s industry experience includes manufacturing in both hi-technology and basic metal bending. Mr. Cullinane also offers experience in the construction industry as CFO of Stearns Airport Equipment Company, which had construction sites internationally, auditing Foster Wheeler, and managing Cullinane & Associates, which was a project-oriented company. At Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Cullinane’s clients included manufacturing, banking and reinsurance.

Mr. Cullinane has managed accounting due diligence while with Coopers & Lybrand, Johnson & Johnson internal audit and as Assistant Controller for Aviall.
INTERNAL CONTROL
At Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Cullinane authored the inventory/manufacturing section of the internal control handbook, which is distributed to all Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries. While controller for Technicare Hong Kong, it was the first subsidiary audited by the internal audit department that did not receive recommendations for improvement in internal controls.
STAFFING
Mr. Cullinane managed a start-up operation, which launched with four people and rapidly evolved to oversight of a team of more than 45 professionals. Mr. Cullinane has been responsible for various multi-site locations. And, at Aviall, he was responsible for inventory accounting at more than 70 locations, 10 of which were remanufacturing locations. As Executive Vice President, he was responsible for over 200 employees.

Doug Forsell - Senior Vice President, Consulting Services
Doug Forsell joined The Henson Group in early 2008, accepting the position of Senior Vice President, Consulting Services — assuming responsibilities related to Project Management, Resource Allocation and Scheduling, and Consultant Satisfaction. In this position, Mr. Forsell will manage the following responsibilities:
Consulting Manager: Supervising all recruitment and orientation of Henson Group technical consultants; management and guidance related to consultants achievement of goals and metrics (utilization rates, status and time, blogs, training, and certifications); management of annual and mid-year review processes, including analysis and tracking of feedback, as needed; expense policy management, and time review and approvals.
Scheduling Management: Create and maintain a centralized list of projects, consultants, hours worked/remaining, and bench. Communicating start dates for projects to sales.
Pre-Sales and Deliverable Management: Management of the assignment of pre-sales resources, scheduling for potential projects, and trafficking deliverables created for Statements of Work.
Project and Status Management: Responsible for configuring new projects for automated status report emails. Closing completed projects and surveying client satisfaction upon project completion.
A successful manager with 10 years of experience relevant to this position, as well as 17 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Mr. Forsell draws upon his career successes, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Certification, an Masters of Business Administration (MIS concentration) from the University of Dayton, OH, and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Information Systems – University of Indianapolis.
Prior to joining The Henson Group, Mr. Forsell was Program Manager (Consultant) at GHI (Group Health Incorporated) in New York, NY, where he coordinated the consolidation of IT departments across three regions.  Charles Pizzo - Senior Vice President, District Manager: New England The Company announced the appointment of Mr. Charles Pizzo - Senior Vice President, District Manager: New England, in October 2007. Charles joined the team to serve in the dual role of managing key client engagements, while simultaneously executing a strategic expansion program to grow The Henson group’s services arm and business operations north of New York City.
In the months leading up to Mr. Pizzo’s appointment, The Henson Group enjoyed increasing interest and activity in the New England area, especially Connecticut - enough so to warrant the assignment of a senior resource to grow this business. While Microsoft has a Northeast District, as a substantial amount of Mr. Pizzo’s opportunities will fall under the auspices of the New York Metro District, his efforts will straddle both districts.
Mr. Pizzo was a rather fortuitous find, considering not only his technical aptitude and experience with the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner channel, but also his physical location in Connecticut and inherent understanding of the local markets, which combine to ideally position him for success.
An accomplished IT professional with a proven track record and skill set including extensive experience with global infrastructure design and implementation, Mr. Pizzo is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I), and a certified ITIL (IT Information Library) professional.  Cathy La Flamme - Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts The Company announced the appointment of Cathy La Flamme as Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts, in October 2007.
Cathy serves a critical role in The Henson Group’s sales operations, nurturing the relationships with key representatives at Microsoft, managing priority accounts for various loyal THG clients, and coordinating management of the increasing number of viable leads produced by the marketing engine. Also, by accepting an invitation to join the Management Team, Cathy plays an important part in in planning for capitalizing on The Henson Group’s growth moving forward.
Cathy is a highly motivated and accomplished executive with a focus on business development, strategic growth, and corporate relations. She brings to The Henson Group a proven track record in building and re-launching brands. Among her many strengths are leadership, public speaking, strategic planning, communication and marketing skills, sales, and business to business relations.
Prior to joining The Henson Group, Cathy was Executive Director of Operations at Elite Model Management - joining The Henson Group not only as a valued employee, but bringing the experience of former client. While at Elite, Cathy was responsible for overseeing development of a new business application to facilitate model and client engagements, a solution incorporating Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007, Exchange Server 2007, and SQL Server 2005.
Subsequently, Cathy even presented a "live" case study of the innovation on stage with Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer at NYC Launch of Windows Vista, Exchange Server 2007, and Office 2007 earlier this year.

Under Mr. McGuire’s direction, The Henson Group has developed an approach to communications that places a premium on knowledge sharing, leveraging the unique relationships of a consultancy founded by former Microsoft engineers.

Dr. Sandra J. Marshall - Vice President of Human Capital Management
Dr. Sandra J. Marshall brings to The Henson Group, Inc. more than 25 years of human resources expertise, providing the consultancy with the invaluable expert insight needed to build the organization moving forward.
Prior to arriving at THG, Dr. Marshall served as an independent consultant since 1989 providing expertise to Fortune 500 and other companies in diverse industries including finance, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, hospitality/gaming, consulting, consumer products, and office products.
Dr. Marshall’s responsibilities at THG include assessment, feedback, and coaching to improve the effectiveness of individual executives and teams; designing selection interview guides, performance appraisal tools, succession planning processes and self-development guidelines integrated with existing competency models; and providing diagnostic research (web-based surveys, interviews, focus groups) and consulting on specific human resources issues.
Before launching her successful consultancy practice in 1989, Dr. Marshall held HR management positions at PEPSICO and Merrill Lynch.
A licensed psychologist in New York State, Dr. Marshall is a past president of the, Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology, and an active member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Residing in the Belle Mead area of New Jersey, Dr. Marshall holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, and was a recipient of the Douglas Fryer Award for Outstanding Dissertation.
